Dear God Thank You for the Baby Brother, but What I Prayed for was a Puppy!
Like little children we are disappointed when we ask Spirit for one thing and receive something all together different. When we ask for one thing and receive something different it does not mean we will not receive what we are praying for. It simply means we are being blessed with something more and that our request will be filled when we are prepared to receive them.
So why can’t we receive what we pray for when we pray for it?
It is because sometimes we are not prepared to receive the gift we have prayed for. This is not merely a physical reality of preparedness, such as a garage to house a new car or a home with a yard for a puppy. This may mean we are not mentally prepared to receive that which we are praying for. It may mean we have not adjusted our mental condition to attract wealth or joy or peace or love or any other quality we are seeking to experience.
When we make our request known unto Spirit we sometimes are pleading our way out of a situation that has caused us pain. We are seeking an outside source of help in the Spiritual realm over looking and finding the living Spirit that is within us.
The source of all our POWER lives within us, not on a cloud awaiting our yearning call. We inherently have direct access to this POWER 24 hours a day every day, in each and every breath we take as it lives within us.
When we pray we are seeking answers, but we must know that once we pray the answers come from within in the form of knowing, urges and hunches that prompt us to move in a new direction as we evolve into our healing and manifest a new experience in our lives.
Asking Spirit for one thing and receiving something all together different does not mean your prayer was not answered, it may simply mean there is a period of adjustment you must evolve through in order to receive the blessing you are seeking.
Everything that we experience is a direct result of our own thinking. Like it or not, this is absolutely true. If we are homeless and broke, it is because we feel helpless and not capable. We feel alone and not able to get back on top of things to make a living. However, there are hundreds of stories of people that have come back from the brink of homelessness and despair to be extremely well off and productive people. How? They believed in themselves and the POWER that lives within. They stood up and took their lives into their own hands to manifest the lifestyle they want to experience.
Is it easy? No! It is walking in faith and trusting that you are capable to achieve that which you desire. It is knowing that you are constantly being blessed through everything that is given down to the very breath that you breathe.
Everything about L.I.F.E. evolves first in your mind. It is done unto you as you believe! What are you believing? What are you focusing on? Why are you upset because you got one thing from Spirit that you didn’t ask for over that which you did ask for? Are you prepared to receive that which you seek? Are you ready to make the changes necessary in your L.I.F.E. in order to receive the blessing you seek? Are you the mirror reflection of the person you are praying to be in your experience?
Once you pray for something, know it is yours by Divine Birthright and get busy preparing the way for its arrival. Just like you plan for the arrival of a new born baby. You have to plan for the arrival of your dreams. This is being in expectancy. This is living L.I.F.E. (Living in Full Expectancy)
You are here to live all of L.I.F.E. and to live it MORE abundantly. More abundantly means to always be increasing in that which you are, that which you experience and that which you have and own. You CAN have the puppy, but are you ready to receive it and have you learned how to get along with your new brother?
Look deep within and root out the negatives that are holding you back from receiving that which you are praying for. You just may not be totally ready to receive it yet. So prepare your mind, prepare yourself and get ready to receive all that you dream as you open yourself to receive all you desire in your L.I.F.E.
Live your POWER and manifest all your DREAMS!
