The Power in Patience

Patience and Perseverance are twins. We must give the necessary diligence to the process to cultivate it, but we cannot force it to develop faster than its gestation period. When the seed is planted we must allow it the time to germinate and grow before we can reap the harvest. We do this through patience.

Throughout our life journey we will make choices or have experiences that warrant varying levels of pain. Many of these painful experiences wound us deeply and we hold on to the pain imprisoning ourselves in a world colored through our suffering. Spirit does not inflict this pain upon us, nor does Spirit use this pain to punish us. Spirit uses our suffering to test and teach but does not purpose the pain we experience.

The New Year is an excellent time to begin a new count down to your successes. It is a time to refresh, take charge and give new birth to your dreams. It is a time to rejoice in your POWER, re-evaluate your goals and the direction your life is moving to make the adjustments necessary to accomplish your dreams. It is a time to reflect on the lessons learned throughout the past year(s) and analyze the reasons you sabotaged your dreams and goals.
