Coming Out of the Wilderness

We go through so many trials and tribulations. We often wonder why these experiences even have to be a part of our lives.  We proclaim if we can just get out of the mess we are in, we will never be in this mess again.  We experience heart breaks, grief from the loss of loved ones, financial loss and so many other issues of L.I.F.E.  These are periods when we are moving through the wilderness, where we are tested, tried and in many cases broken.

The Holy text tells us that even Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness after he was baptized.  It seems so odd that the Spirit would lead the Christ into an experience where he would be tested and taunted, but it is the very wilderness experience that brought Jesus into the full awareness of his own POWER.  He came out of the wilderness knowing his own Spiritual POWER and that he could overcome any obstacle.

When you are in the wilderness you are moving through a Spiritual experience in these times of struggle.  The word wilderness is a code word in the Holy text, which metaphysically means the unenlightened state.  It is the wilderness of unenlightened thought.  When you find yourself in a struggle, in pain, in financial dilemma, going through grief or any other trial, you are in the wilderness seeking answers, seeking enlightenment.

The very same pains and trials that took you into the wilderness are the same ones that bring forth the necessary enlightenment, which in turn bring you into the full awareness of your POWER.  You will emerge from the wilderness a fully new creature, filled with the awareness of your POWER and armed with a new plan to move forward victoriously in your L.I.F.E.

Coming Out of the Wilderness - Dr. Diva VerdunYou may not be in the experience for 40-days, 40-months or 40-years, you could be in this experience for only 40-minutes.  Numbers in the Holy Text also carry coded messages, as the 40 merely represents any indefinite period of time that is necessary for you to come into a complete realization of your POWER.  In your so-called “40-day” period you will go deep into your pain to contemplate and decipher the lesson it carries in order to gain awareness and realization to be enlightened and grounded in the spiritual truth necessary to guide you to the answers that solve your problems.

Your “40-days in the wilderness” is the period of time that moves you through states of spiritual growth, which concludes a particular experience as you gain the knowledge of your POWER to move forward with living L.I.F.E.

Celebrate your wilderness experience, because you are moving forward to be free on the other side.  You are coming out of the wilderness fully armed with the POWER of God to move through the obstacles and challenges in your L.I.F.E.  You are coming out of the wilderness, like Jesus did, knowing you are not ever alone, and that the POWER of Spirit is always accessible to you at any time you need it to solve your problems.

You may be in the wilderness, but know that your “40-days and 40-nights”, are merely the time you need to struggle with your own ego.  It is a period where you move your ego aside so you can go deep within to touch the pain, and the grief you are experiencing to tap into the POWER you are, to heal and restore each and every area of your L.I.F.E.
