Optimal Health is Your Divine State of Being

Longer term you may be putting yourself at risk from heart attacks and strokes.Your divine natural state of being is optimal health.  Your body was designed as a perfect self-healing machine.  Your are responsible for fueling it and keeping it nurtured as a good steward over your own body.  When you are sick the body fights to regain its state of perfect health.  If you are not in compliance with providing it with the necessary support it needs it cannot function and will breakdown on you just like any other machine.

You are not your body, but your body is you! This sounds funny but it is very true. You are a Spirit BEING that lives in a body.  You must use the body to move around in this earth plane.  It is your earthly space suit that houses you during your time in this experience.  You only have one earth suit.  You cannot change earth suits like you change your clothes.  Thus, you must take care of it because you do not have a wardrobe of bodies to wear.

Because your body is not you, it is fully dependent upon you to take care of your side of the bargain.  You keep the body maintained, through fitness and nutrition and the body will comply naturally by maintaining its natural state of existence, which is perfect and Divine Optimal Health.

If you are ill in any capacity, physically, mentally, or emotionally, the body is Divinely designed to promote healing within itself.  It will continue to maintain a perfectly balanced system within itself as long as you take care to fuel it properly and tend to keeping it fit both physically and mentally.

The Holy Text says “Physician Heal Thyself” for the very purpose that all healing comes from within you.  All wounds can be bandaged by someone else.  Surgery can be performed by a surgeon.  However, healing is a process achieved through your cooperation and agreement with your own body. You do not make cells reproduce, your heart beat or your lungs intake air.  Your body does all of these functions for you through a Divine System of Operation, which keeps it functioning as long as you are in accordance with the proper function of the body. It will produce and reproduce all that is necessary on its own to sustain itself as you do your part to care for it.

Sickness has been referred to as dis-ease because there is generally some negative energy that you have allowed to produce negative thoughts that bring forth dis-ease in your mind.  As your mind continues to stay focused on the negatives you generate more stress in your system, which over a prolonged period of time will break down your body as it continues to produce the so-called “fight or flight” chemicals, which prepare you to take action in an emergency.

Prolonged everyday stress is not natural to the body. It creates a reservoir of unused chemicals in your body that are naturally designed to protect you, but the unused reserves are now negatively affecting the body and can seriously damage your health. Without relief stress builds tension leading to a negative stress reaction called distress. Distress in turn, will lead to physical symptoms in the body from headaches, to stomach issues, high blood pressure, chest pains, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis, depression, anxiety, sleeping problems, heart attack and stroke.

Allowing your mind to run havoc in worry and stress puts you at high risk for dis-ease (disease in the body).  The body is doing its job to sustain you and take care of you even in times of stress.  It is up to you to bring your stress levels down so that you can bring the body back into natural compliance with its perfect state of BEING.  You are the modulator of your body’s health, whether you believe it or not.  When you take care of the body it will naturally take care of you and perform for you at optimal levels any action that you desire in order to do the things that you want to do in this experience.

Your mental activity has everything to do with the health of your body, as well as your mind.  You have to work to keep yourself from worry, strife and stress.  These are things that you can move out of your experience by working to trust in the Divine Process and Know that all that you need and desire is yours through your Spiritual Inheritance.

You are the steward over the body that you are living in.  You are responsible for its healing through the nurturing of your own Spiritual Well BEING.  This means working to keep yourself in a positive energy flow to overcome prolonged stress, strife and emotional trauma, which all elevate the chemical processes in your body for flight or fight, even when you are not in danger or need of this natural defense from your body.  Your body only knows how to react to the stress factor, not what the stress factor is.  It is up to you to re-balance your mental state of BEING so that you can regain the optimal health you are here to live in.

You were born to live in Divine Perfect Health in a perfectly designed machine, your body. As a good steward you are charged to keep it fueled, hydrated, and physically fit. In turn, the body will do for you anything that you desire it do for you.  You do not have to choose to be unhealthy.  Divine Health is your Natural State of BEING.

Divine Health is maintained by your mind, because the body will continue to do what it does to function, but your mind is the guiding POWER and it follows your lead and direction based on your deepest belief.  Again, it is done unto you as you believe.  Believe in your optimal Divine health and be diligent to do what is necessary to maintain it and your body will comply with your partnership.
