Mix Matched Thinking – Understanding the Law of Mental Equivalents


The experience you are living is actually what you see in mind, even if it is not what you actually want to experience.  If you see yourself as sickly, you will be sick.  If you see yourself as always challenged, you will find yourself challenged. If you see yourself as having no opportunities, no love, no money, etc.. these are all results of some image you have painted on the canvas of your subconscious mind.

Mix Matched Thinking - Understanding the Law of Mental Equivalents - Dr. Diva VerdunThe subconscious mind takes the images you plant within it and uses them as road maps to bring into manifestation that particular image.  No, you can not consciously hold a picture of money in mind and believe you will have a stock barrel full of money when you have an image of yourself deeply lodged within of being one that has no money.

You have to work to change the undercurrent of images that are already deeply seated in your mind to change your outward experience.  This is the workings of the law of mental equivalents.

The Law of Mental Equivalents is like a magnet that draws the exact thing you have deeply lodged in your subconscious mind to you. It never stops working, so the experience you are currently living is the equivalent of what you mentally picture of yourself at this moment deep within your own mind.  It does not matter that you wish for, work for, or desire a different experience, if you are not working to change the impressions that are captured on the film of your own mind.  It is the picture that is deeply held within you that will materialize, either good or bad.

You have to make sure that your dreams are directly equal to the picture you hold of yourself deep in your subconscious mind.  It means you have to do the necessary work to uproot the negative images of self that have been taking resident within, and see yourself as that which you desire to be, and see yourself BEING IT NOW.  Once you become it in mind and allow the thought and image of who you truly see yourself as to ferment within your own subconscious mind, you will begin to change the trajectory of your own experience to move in new directions to manifest that which you desire to experience.

Changing your mental processes is not easy. This is because you have been processing the same negative thoughts and allowing them to destroy the dream over and over and over again.  You have a dream, but somewhere deep inside you don’t really see yourself able to accomplish it.  You may believe in it and you may even work at it, but you always tend to find yourself back at square one, never capable of moving forward. This is because your mental equivalent is not equal to the dream.

Understanding the Law of Mental EquvalentsWhen you are engrossed in mix-matched thinking, the Law can only manifest for you what you deeply hold in mind. Thus, the image you desire and the result you have will not be equal until you firmly believe you are that which you desire to become NOW.

To change the negative mental images you have, you first have to look at your L.I.F.E.™ on the outside and look deeply at the current experience you are living.  In this moment you go within and find the image in mind that is this exact picture, either good or bad.  The image may come as a thought to you.  It may be a realization of truth you once spoke or felt about self at some point.  You then begin to focus on these thoughts and these pictures of self and find the belief patterns that are surrounding them.  Once you find the belief that surrounds these negative images and negative thoughts you must begin to work to remove them so that you are free to fill the vacuum with the new images of the L.I.F.E.™ desire.

If you have not fully embraced a new image of self you can not implant it deeply in your subconscious mind. You cannot see or believe yourself as that which you desire to become because you have not made the mental adjustments to see yourself as that which you desire to be.  You still have work to do to make some changes in your thoughts and beliefs about self.  If you do not take the time to do the self-mastery work to make the necessary mental changes, then any new idea or dream will simply fall away and you will continue to manifest the same picture you have of self that you currently are living. This is because the old images stay implanted in mind providing the Universe with the guidelines you have for your own L.I.F.E.™.  You first have to master your own mind to see yourself living the experience of your dreams.

Mix Matched Thinking - Understanding the Law of Mental Equivalents - Dr. Diva VerdunThe Law of Mental Equivalents is an internal mirror that reflects to the outside world the images you deeply have inside.  If your house or car is cluttered, so is your mind.  This is a mere example of the law of mental equivalents.  You must work to find the mirrors within and begin to root out the beliefs that keep you stumped in a slump.

Take action to move within and do the self-mastery work to clear your own mind and replant new thoughts and images.  It is always done unto you as you believe because the Law is Law and must perform as Law.  The key is in understanding this truth as you begin to do the necessary self-mastery work to change your own thoughts, which  change the deeply held images of self, and in turn manifest the L.I.F.E.™ of your dreams.
