What you settle for is never the best that is available. You cannot make more out of it because it was the best available in the settlement pool. Thus, it is already at its best It can never be better. You simply settled for the best of less because you were either impatient or in fear of waiting for your higher good so you took what you thought your good should look like. In essence, what you settled for is truly all you feel you actually deserve.
There is so much more in the world to experience because the world is so vast and filled with tremendous opportunities. The more we absorb the more we grow. The more we discover and explore, the more aware we become. Unfortunately, we get so stuck on having certain things in our experience that we throw all the other wonderful levels of discovery and opportunity away while we settle and wait for an experience that may never turn into the fruitful experience we dream of it becoming.
We wait for the right job, the right house, the right car, the right money to make certain decisions. We wait for the right person to come into our experience or for the person we are with to change to become the person we want them to be. We continue to settle for less, while waiting for more.
