I am so blessed to have known Tracy Kennedy. He was a massive person, standing 6’6, but it was his heart that you recognized more so than just his size. His Spirit took center stage when he was in a room, it was so powerful it could not, nor would it be limited or contained. It was infectious and filled with L.I.F.E.™ and everyone could feel his Presence.
Everything about Tracy was impactful, from his expressive, flamboyant, and extravagant taste in fashion and the setting of his own style, to his music, and his passion for uplifting others. However, it was his boldness in his full expression of L.I.F.E.™ that deeply impacted even those that met him only one time.
He believed deeply in the good of people, and loved everyone into greater expressions of their own Light. He boldly lead the way with grace, and gave lovingly and honestly from the depth of his soul, even when the truth he gave was harsh, and may hurt because he believed in being real. He wanted everyone to wake up and live in the power of their own spiritual perfection. He wanted us all to live bigger, and bolder, and he demonstrated it in his own L.I.F.E.™.
What impressed me most about Tracy was he LIVED L.I.F.E.™ his way. He set his own fashion trends, trademarking himself with the likes of Liberace, Prince, Madonna, and even Diana Ross. He experimented with fashion . . . oh did he! . . . and we loved it!
We loved him even more for his fearless confidence to stand in the pomp and presence of his own fashion trends, daring to challenge gender lines to create his own brand of style. No one did it like Tracy. He did it so well, that there was never a negative word or thought, because he brought the WOW factor. It was amazing, and he was always elegant!
Tracy LIVED his L.I.F.E.™, and BOLDLY demonstrated L.I.F.E.™ is to be Succulent, and Hugely and Most of All FUN. He demonstrated that we have the Power to Love each other regardless of our differences, and that we CAN Grow into Unimaginable Heights as Human Beings.
He believed deeply in the LOVE and JOY of the UNIVERSE, and shared inspirational messages to boost even the lowest spirit. Tracy was, and is without a doubt LEGENDARY in his own Right!!!
He was a big man, but more than his size, he was a HUGELY UNIVERSAL LOVING SOUL, and used his charismatic magic to empower everyone he touched, even if he only met them for a few moments.
I am so so blessed to have known Tracy Kennedy, and have personally experienced his Electrifying Light. I wanted to memorialize him here because his LIGHT SHINES so Bright even now in the wake of his transition, reminding us all that L.I.F.E.™ is fully lived from the soul out.
He reminds us that we each have the Power to live our own flamboyant magic as what we imagine ourselves to be no matter what others may think, or how they may try to strip us from our dreams.
Tracy reminds us to Go BIG in L.I.F.E.™. He lived his Big, and would want you to live yours Bigger.

Tracy Kennedy impacted everyone he touched. He would want you to live your L.I.F.E.™ with the same impact to touch others like he did. I only pray that what I have had to share in remembering this Legendary Giant gives you a small glimpse of his Light, his Love, and the POWER he shared in telling people to LIVE THEIR LIVES! (with a few expletives of coarse . . . )
He would tell you to WORK IT! BE IT! DO IT! ACHIEVE IT!!!

Tracy Kennedy was a celebrity make-up artist that worked his magic on old and new school Diva’s from the likes of Etta James, to Rihanna, Britney Spears and many many more. He was also a singer and entertainer with a magnetic presence, and has appeared on the TV series “Raising Whitley” on the Oprah Winfrey Network, and various other projects. He was loved for his art, but more so for his heart, and respected for all his multiple talents.
Tracy Kennedy transitioned on Monday, August 17, 2015 from a terminal illness. He leaves us all many touching memories, and will be greatly missed. He is for sure the boldest and most fashionable Angel in Heaven!

When I walked into Unity in Los Angeles just about 25 years ago and heard THAT VOICE…….
Tracy and I went on to do several concerts where I was his musical director. He would always shout; “those chords” and I would SMH and say. LAW’D THAT VOICE. He will be missed. I did a tribute to him on my personal page over a year ago, Of course I did not have a clue this day was coming soon. Thank you my friend for being extraordinary in everything you did!
